Responsibilities

• Material selection, specification, and recommendation based on project requirements. 
• Quality assurance, testing, and analysis of UPVC and GRP materials. 
• Management of suppliers, including evaluation, relationship building, and auditing. 
• Project support, collaborating with other engineering teams and troubleshooting material-related issues. 
• Research and development to stay updated on the latest advancements and propose innovative solutions. 
• Compliance with industry regulations, standards, and obtaining necessary approvals. 
• Cost management through accurate material cost estimates and identifying cost-effective alternatives. 
• Documentation and reporting on material specifications, test results, and supplier documentation.

Qualifications and Skills 

• Bachelor's degree in Material Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 
• At least 3 years experience in UAE 
• Proven experience in infrastructure projects involving UPVC and GRP materials. 
• Strong knowledge of material properties, testing methodologies, and industry standards. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Effective communication and collaboration skills. 
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. 
• Immediate joiners are preferred
